League of Legends Recommended Items Assistant

Create a file called "RecItemsCLASSIC.ini" in the following folder:
C:\Riot Games\League of Legends\RADS\solutions\lol_game_client_sln\releases\0.0.0.76\deploy\DATA\characters\
and paste the above text into it.

You may find that you don't have a "DATA" or a "characters" folder. It's okay to create them.
